Smart Parking
Parking is a scarce resource, requiring controlled access for regulars and visitors. We manage it digitally, using number plate recognition.

Room Reservation
Rich booking system (or API) for the tenant’s own or shared conference rooms, integrated with all the building’s digital services, including Visitor Management, Smart Lockers, Parking and crowd services.

Wayfinding Signage
Digital signage that enhances the entrance, lobby, and public spaces, and informs tenants and visitors to encourage community-building.

Additional services
Catering, Transport, Laundry, Printing or Plant Care can all be provided via curated local partners with digital coordination of service requests.

Automated
daycrunch spaces are self-service and fully automated from booking, door access to invoicing. Our resulting fair prices are all-inclusive and include usage, beverages and WLAN.

Digitalised
You gain access to the booked space via Touch Panels and Smartphone-Apps. If required, you can send each participant their own personal access PIN code and location details via E-mail.

Secure
We check the identity of each indivdual daycrunch user, prevent misuse and thereby ensure a safe, secure and professional working environment.
